Hey everyone and thanks for stopping by. A relatively recent patent filed by TaylorMade shows a very interesting new driver model. You can see a picture of it below – the unique feature on this club is the crown weight, which would allow a player to adjust the center of gravity on the vertical plane. With all other R7 and R9 models – you could really only change the CG in the horizontal plane. There’s been some rumours regarding the name of this driver (if it ever does make it to market) – the “R” series of drivers may be retired this year, which have left some people to speculate what this golf club will be named. Some think it may be a painted white and be labeled much like the Rozza Putters as “Ghost”. Have a peak at the patent picture below – what would you call this new driver?
