SirShanksAlot Comments: Hey, we called it. Recently we posted a patent showing Cobra was building an all orange driver. Well, they built it, and now you can own it —if you’re a fan of limited editions, and spending $500 on a driver again that is. I gotta say, these limited edition drivers are just money grabs. First Cobra releases the white ZL, then Callaway goes black, Ping goes pink… and now we go orange. Limited editions are just an excuse to jack up the price.
Sigh… anyway, this 460 CC driver features a Diamana Whiteboard shaft, available in either 9.5 and 10.5 degrees, but only for right-handers —which makes sense, as Cobra doesn’t seem to like lefties (if their tour player line-up is any indication anyway).
