Titleist Introduces New Scotty Cameron Futura X7 and X7M Putters

Well hello there and thanks for coming to visit us again. This time around we are pleased to introduce the new Titleist Scotty Cameron Futura X7 and X7M putters. These putters utilize the innovative face-sole core technology with advanced perimeter weighting to increase the stability and forgiveness throughout each stroke, while providing easy alignment and a soft, sure feel.

The next evolution of the Master Craftsman Scotty Cameron’s tour-proven Futura X line is here with the X7 and the X7M. The Futura family of putters is defined by their modern contours that deliver high-MOI performance with resistance to twisting during your stroke all through the advance perimeter weighting.

Futura X7 is a large and modern wingback mallet and its approximately 10 percent larger than the Futura X5. With horizontal and vertical lines the Futura X7 is a great new edition to the Futura family. The Futura X7M offers a rather unique pop-through bar-back mallet design for additional MOI and stability.

Each Futura X7 model features a lightweight aluminum face-sole core surrounded by a stainless steel frame. The multi-material construction delivers improved MOI for stability and forgiveness all while producing the softest of sounds and feel in the Futura X series.

The clubs will be available in stores starting this October 23 but have already been seen in the bags og many players across the worldwide professional tours.

  1. I was lucky enough to try the new Scotty range last week and there were certainly very nice. I tried them head to head with the latest taylormade, ping and mizuno offerings. Overall, they were nice-actually very nice. However, I just didn’t feel that they were any better than the other big manufacturers. The price tag was definitely a bit more hefty and maybe this was influencing my choice, but it seemed like the putts should be holing themselves for what it was going to cost!

Saying that, they were nice. Good feel, well-balanced and good-looking. Just not significantly better than some of the others.
