New Odyssey Marxman Putter

Some of you watching the Masters on the weekend might have been curious to know what putter Rory Sabatini was using, well it was the latest from Odyssey Golf.

The new Marxman putters are set to be released on April 15th and is the latest ‘alignment’ putter offering from Odyssey. The Marxman is available in both a Blade and Mallet head, both featuring the distinguishing Hi-Def Alignment system and a White Hot XG insert.

Sabatini was using a prototype version of the Marxman Blade putter. This model is similar to the Odyssey 2-Ball Blade but with a new alignment system. The Mallet is closer to the Odyssey SRT 2-Ball in appearance. For more info on both models check out www.odysseygolf.com.

G.R.I.P. Golf has also introduced some new clubs for 2007 that are worth a look for those buying on a budget. The OWT Wide Sole iron is a game improvement club that comes with a free fitting for all customers. The OWT features a huge sole and deep cavity design to make them very forgiving and the standard set comes in at under $300. Also worth a look are the new Beta Ti Driver and the lovely Hot Steel Fairway Woods. For more information check out the Grip website and feel free to drop them a line.
