Nike Golf has had a great year on the PGA Tour so far and it’s kind of nice to see a company like Cleveland get some exposure. Vijay Singh won the Barclays Classic with an almost all Cleveland bag… a HiBORE driver (9.5º), a Launcher ‘06 Steel fairway wood (13º), CG1 irons (3-PW), 900 wedges (54º & 60º) and a Never Compromise Milled Series putter (#5).
It was also a good weekend for Cleveland’s sister company Never Compromise. The winner of the LPGA Championship used a Never Compromise Milled Series putter (#9-custom ) and 3 out of the “Top-5″ finishers used a Never Compromise putter. Never Compromise also won the “Putter Count” with 32 putters.
Good to see the HIBORE get a win… it’s been a bit of a rough ride for Cleveland’s newest driver so far. Watch for a HIBORE fairway wood and hybrid in the fall!
