Wow… the last day of January! What better way to kick off February than with the introduction of our new section… The Golf Club Buying Guide. This is a section that I am really excited about and I hope that our readers enjoy it. The first topic, Before You Buy-The Pre-Shop Routine is up now. I found out a bit more about the Callaway I-Trax putter. I wrote way back somewhere about Callaway releasing a MOI model of their Tour Blue putter. Well… it looks like it is the I-Trax minus the blue color. I should see this putter later in the week and I will let you know more!

Srixon Golf has announced a few new products. The Srixon WG-504 wedges and the AD Hybrid utility woods should hit stores soon. Both of them are up on www.srixon.com too.

The new Etonic G>SOK shoe has been designed to work without the use of replacement spikes. Etonic got together with the folks at Goodyear to design a new sole that uses ridges and bumps instead of the standard rubber spike.

Looks like Cleveland Golf’s “CG” naming blitz will continue with the introduction of the CG4. I haven’t heard much about these yet but my source says that it will be a replacement for the current TA7.

Sorry we didn’t update over the weekend… I took a bit of a holiday. A special thanks to my traveling partner (that would be my girlfriend) for putting up with me for a few days. It was a great time and it was the first time in a long time that I didn’t have golf on my mind!
