Callaway Golf Looking At Hank Kuehne

I talked to my Hogan source today and managed to salvage a few little interesting bits of information. There should be a Hogan driver released at the Orlando PGA Show in January. Details are really sketchy but it is rumored to be between 440CC and 460CC with a deep, “TaylorMade R540XD” style head. I know there was talk of a Hogan driver with removable weights but my source doesn’t think that is the one. He says there has been a weight port driver in testing but thinks it could be a Fall 2005 release (maybe at the Las Vegas PGA Show in September).

My source also mentioned that Hogan/Callaway’s newest signing could be Hank Kuehne. Hank would bring a lot of excitement to the Hogan brand and might be a wise choice. I will let you know if I hear anything else about this.

Move over Brush T’s…… John Daly is introducing his own version of the popular accessory. The Rip Tip is a three bristle attachment that slides onto your existing tee. No word on if John Daly is actually using them but check out for more details.
