Dunlop will continue to add to the popular LoCo line with the release of the LoCo Senorita ball for ladies. I don’t have much information on it yet but I know it will come in different colors and will be a low compression. The whole colored ball thing has really taken off again lately and I think manufacturers are going with the trend.

I saw some of the new TaylorMade stuff today. The R5 Dual looks pretty nice. It looks a lot like the 580XD at set up and feels decent. I also saw the new RAC O/S and RAC L/T irons. Both have gone through some cosmetic changes but the technology remains the same. In my opinion the new L/T is a bit bulky for a “players” club and I think that may hurt sales. I could see the lower handicaps leaning towards the TP iron instead of the L/T irons.

And in case you care….. Club Glove made the American Ryder Cup staff bags. I didn’t really like these bags and thought they looked really plain……. kind of like the American team.
