TaylorMade has been turning some heads lately with their new line-up called RocketBallz. On the back burner however, is the next release of the R11 line – the R11S. Taylormade will now have three “all-white” lines, Burner, R11 and RocketBallz – both RBZ and R11 are competing on the higher end with each other. We’re not exactly sure what the “S” stands for, but “Speed” is likely a good guess. See more details and pictures after the jump…

The R11S driver will sell for $399, while the TP version (same head, 24 shaft choices) will be priced at $499. This new model features a 460 cc head (the original R11 for 440cc), two ways to adjust the face angle and has a five-way sole plate.

The R11S fairway woods are set to have reached the limit for COR, and are quite adjustable – featuring three degrees for lie and low and six degree for face angle. The COG has been moved forward to decrease dynamic loft and increase ball speed. Stock shaft is a Aldila RIP Phenom 70 ($229 retail) and for the TP model you’ll find a Matrix Ozik XCON RUL 70 shaft ($329 retail).
