SirShanksAlot Comments: Today we’re able to take a look at some of Callaway’s offerings for 2012 with the help of MyGolfSpy (see link above). Some you’ve seen, some you haven’t – here is a quick rundown.
In the woods department, Callaway is continuing the RAZR Driver line-up and offering the RAZR Fit and X Black version. Each model features the Forged Composite material Callaway built in conjunction with Lamborghini. The Fit, features OptiFit technology – which allows you to adjust the clubface position, and interchangeable weight ports for more customization. The club also features the Aldila RIP shaft. The X Black features a more streamlined design that reduces drag by 17% when compared to the Octane – and a Fujikura Motore Shaft. The Fit Fairway Woods line also features OptiFit & VFT Technology, and is built in stainless steel and features a custom shaft – available for 3W & 5W.
In the iron and wedges department, these models are the same as this years offerings. So no surprises or changes in this department.
