Hey everyone, thanks for stopping by. There’s been a ton of online buzz about the new Ping 55 irons, but to date Ping has been very hush hush. A recent artist concept photo of the irons has been flying around the web. This new design, made by @jovineri on Twitter, uses a combination of the S56 design and patent drawings. Check it out below.
UPDATE: A photo of the actual Ping S55 has surfaced from the Barclay’s tournament, and all in all the concept is relatively close in terms of design elements. The new irons feature a tungsten toe and stainless steel design. We gotta say, these new irons look slick! We expect to see good things from Ping this year.
