Callaway has recently gone on a serious trademark frenzy, and this blogger thinks it likely has to do with their recently law trouble with the boys over at Taylormade. Callaway’s covering their butts, their intellectual property and their future livelihood with these new trademarks. And with Taylormade launching their new SLDR Driver, I bet we should expect to see something similar from Callaway soon by the looks of the names on these trademarks.
