First off I would like to send my condolences to SirShanksAlot. As most of you probably read his Grandpa passed away earlier this week. I know with everything that has been going on this has been a tough week for SirShanksAlot so I want to say thanks for all the work you've been doing and my thoughts are with you and your family.

After learning of the sad events that transpired over the past week it has really made me think. Although I have never met SirShanksAlot's grandfather, his passing made me think about and remember all of the people that I have lost. As much as I miss them I am also grateful to have had them be a part of my life.

Too often we get caught up in the little things that don't really seem that important now. Work is busy and stressful but in the end it is just a job. Golf, believe it or not, is just a game. These things that at times are all consuming should never take precedent over what really matters, friends and family.

Instead of rambling on and on like I usually do to fill up space I am going to end this article here and remind everybody to once and awhile stop and think about the people that are important in your life. Take time to think about loved-ones that are gone and be thankful that you had them in your life. After all, it is the people around us that make us what we are.
