Did you notice something odd about the color of Jim Furyk’s golf ball on Thursday? No, he didn’t steal a bunch of Augusta range balls before teeing off… those were Srixon’s new Z Star Tour Yellow golf balls. This ball is a high-performance multi-layered ball… unfortunately Jim didn’t do it justice, he fired an 80 today.

Who would have guessed it? These Champions Tour players really can play! Tom Watson is back on the first page of the leaderboard of a Major and Freddy Couples leads the Masters after stellar, patient play on Thursday.

Can’t fork up the dough to make to the Masters this year? Don’t worry, for the first time ever the 2010 Masters is actually being played live in 3-D on your TV. Looks like you’ll need to hang on to those glasses the next time you return from the movie theatre.
